We ship worldwide.
Each EGLESNA piece is individually finished and prepared in our studio, then carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in beautiful condition.
A tracking number is provided with every order. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location.
Please read before ordering
Returns & order changes
Many EGLESNA pieces are made only after your order is placed and confirmed. When a garment is made to your measurements, chosen specifications, or clearly personalised, it cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
This follows the EU consumer-rights exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. If a standard, non-personalised item is eligible for return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about size, fit, color, or timing.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked.
Your statutory rights
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
The made-to-order return rule does not remove your statutory rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the description, or not the product you ordered.
Please email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.
We will assess the case and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
